GSM Modems

Advanced Information Networks can supply Wavecom GSM Modems. They are dual band and available in two frequency combinations:

GSM 900/1800MHz

GSM 900/1900MHz

These modems are supplied with a power supply cable and two mounting brackets. It has a SIM card holder (the end user must get SIM cards from their GSM Network provider).

CDMA Modems are available on request.

Serial Cable

The modem is connected to the XE-8000 SMS Controller with a 9-pin to 15-pin serial cable. (The Wavecom modem data connector is 15-pin.)
